Our chapter provides educational programs, activities, site visits, and networking opportunities in and around Des Moines, Iowa. Our goal is to enhance the knowledge of individuals in the information and information management market of Iowa, and to increase the effectiveness and awareness of information management in public and private organizations by providing a local source of information, education, and networking to meet the needs of all local members
I would like to thank our members, vendors, visitors, and the AIIM Midwest chapter board, whose participation, contributions, and attendance have made our chapter so successful. Topics for the upcoming year include information security, network scanners, and disaster recovery. We will take two tours to look at capture/retrieval and business process/workflow. Our industry and the technology within it is ever changing, so each year we focus on topics that are at the leading edge and will have the greatest benefit for our members.
