 Kelly Popp, ECMm
Kelly Popp, ERMS Project Manager at the Iowa DOT, is our Chapter's first member to be awarded the AIIM ECM Master's Certificate. Kelly participated in the AIIM ECM Masters training at the Adventureland Inn in September, that the Midwest Chapter sponsored, and he has successfully completed the testing and case study to qualify for this certification. As you can see from Kelly's comments below he felt that this educational opportunity provided by the Chapter was very beneficial:
"As an electronic records manager, the AIIM ECM Master Program training provided me with a comprehensive review of the guiding principles of electronic content management while reinforcing concepts that are critical to a successful ECM program. I especially enjoyed learning about methods for communicating the importance of an ECM to staff at all levels within an organization. Hats off to our local AIIM chapter for hosting this event, it was a great opportunity to have had!"
The Chapter was pleased to offer this educational opportunity and hope to get another opportunity to bring this kind of training to Iowa again.
